About Town Halls
Evergreen Town Halls are inclusive, free, in-person community meetings serving the Evergreen Area.
Who runs the Town Halls?
The Evergreen Town Halls were founded by 13 community members who graduated from the Leadership Evergreen class of '24. Their goal was to offer the community an accessible and inclusive gathering place to gain accurate information about our community and meet like minded folks to solve problems together.
How it started: While learning about Evergreen's rich and unique history, the class appreciated how helpful it is in our community to have accurate information, an understanding of why things are the way they are, and access to people and leaders. This inspired their class project to extend this access to information and people to the whole community. The town halls are also intended to offer a central place for local businesses, nonprofits, and other entities serving our community to offer information and answer community questions.

Evergreen Community Association
βThe Leadership Evergreen Class of β24 founded The Evergreen Community Association, which is 100% volunteer-based association with a board made up of community members and local leaders. It is not affiliated with any government or political group, and is purely operated by your neighbors who seek a more connected and engaged community.
This volunteer organization exists to create and sustain the Evergreen Town Halls that will be held bi-annually, including soliciting community feedback, organizing the events, coordinating volunteers and sponsors, ensuring the archiving of recordings of past events, keeping the website up to date, and other administrative tasks associating with hosting these events in the community.
